How Self-Healing Improves Health and Reduce Stress…Qigong Anyone?


Since the beginning of life, the human being always seeking ways to feel fulfill, to be live happy and free. I have been looking for ways to increase my health and reducing the stress in my life. Qigong is a technique that I’ve learned in 2005, and I am now happy to share with you a little more about it. I will tell you more why this self-healing practice from China is good for the health, and also why it can make you feel better in every aspect of your life.

The Power Of Qigong

Qigong by definition is “a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial arts training”.

This self-healing technique is known by millions of people all over the world. The Chinese culture created Qigong and most of them are using this practice daily in order to keep themselves well balance and in good shape. As a result, the Chinese population is surely really healthy.

What makes Qigong really special is the simplicity of it, but also the powerful benefits that everyone can benefit from it. There are plenty of styles of Qigong out there, but the one that I have been practicing over the past 14 years now is called “Ba Duan Jin”. The combination of slow movements and the slow breathing technique make Qigong Ba Duan Jin a very awesome way to calm yourself, to be fully present, and to be totally connected with your heart, your body, your mind, and your soul.

Every movement said to stimulate a specific internal organ, such as the heart, the lungs, the kidneys, the spleen, the neck, and many more. Also, this is a very good stretch for the entire body. That opens up the main meridians of the body, so the overall energy of your body flow well and naturally. You feel so much present. As you saw in the description above, Qigong Ba Duan Jin is also a certain form of meditation.

Qigong : Another type of meditation

Like meditation, Qigong is mainly focused on the breathing and on the present, so the deeper and the longer that your breathing is, the more relaxed you feel, and as a result, the more benefits you can attract from your practice. Nothing can be created except in the Present. By being fully in the moment, you can create wealth, health, and balance in every aspect of your life.

This is also helping to open your awareness and your consciousness to the things and the people that are around you. You extend your perceptions. Because you are more focus on the Present, your capacities to attract positive opportunities in your direction increase, and your overall happiness increase also as well. You’re going into your life with more confidence, so your health improves and your stress decrease. By being Present, the stress doesn’t drown your energy anymore.

Instead, it transformed stress to the positive energy that grows your level of confidence, and by doing so, the self-healing power of Qigong will live inside and outside you every day of your life.

Qigong is a powerful self-healing technique that brings lots of benefits overall. Stress is the main cause of diseases and for the need for external healing. Reality is that the less stress you are living, the healthier and the longer you will live. You now see how Qigong is awesome for everyone.
