What Is The Self-Healing Technique "Qigong Ba Duan Jin" ?

Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. 

The meaning of the word “Qi” is a concept that comes from traditional Chinese culture that roughly means vital energy. On the other hand, “Gong” means cultivation or mastery, so basically, Qigong means “vital energy cultivation”.

“Ba Duan Jin” is primarily designated as a form of medical qi-gong, meant to improve health.

Nineteenth century sources attribute the style to semi-legendary Chinese General Yue Fei. The legend said that Fei created this series of exercises to keep the bodies of his soldiers strong and well prepared for battle. 

 

How Can You Develop The Practice?

This practice is a series of 8 movements, and each movement is said to stimulate specific internal organs, such as the lungs, the heart, the neck, the stomach, the kidneys, the spleen, and so on. This is also an awesome stretch for the entire body. There is also a beginning and a closing aspect to it, so you can really be present during the practice to get the most of this healing moment.

It’s through long and deep breathing and slow gentle movements that Qigong “Ba Duan Jin” will make your energy and your life feel lighter, awesome, and lovable with everything and everyone.

FAQ

Question #1:

Do I need lots of time to understand and to start to feel the benefits of Qigong?

A: An ideal minimum of 15 minutes 3-4 per week will allow you to feel the benefits. I highly suggest that you implement Qigong as a daily morning ritual if you want to get the maximum out of it, but it’s also important to start at your own rhythm.

Question #2:

Can I ask you questions if there are some things that I don’t understand?

A: Be sure that I will always be available to answer your questions at the maximum of my capacities. I am taking my role of Qigong master really seriously. I really want you to succeed with the practice of Qigong and with your morning ritual, so I will always do my best to give you clarity and confidence toward your practice.

Question #3:

I am a busy person. Do I have access to the course anywhere, at any time?

A: Yes. You can download the entire course, so even if you don’t have access to Internet, you can always have access to the entire offer offline. You do the practice at your own rhythm, but as I said earlier, if you really want to feel the benefits of Qigong, ideally allow yourself 15 minutes 3 to 4 times per week.

Question #4:

I already know Qigong. What does your program have more than others?

A: Great question. I really go deeper into the style of Qigong that I am teaching. I created a series of 18 videos that show you step by step the ritual of Qigong. This is around 100 minutes of video content. There are videos where I explain every movement while doing the movement at the same time. 

In others, I am doing the movement and then we are doing them without talking.

 Finally, I made a video where you can simply follow my movement when you’re feeling comfortable with the practice.
