Do I need lots of time to understand and to start to feel the benefits of Qigong?
A: An ideal minimum of 15 minutes 3-4 per week will allow you to feel the benefits. I highly suggest that you implement Qigong as a daily morning ritual if you want to get the maximum out of it, but it’s also important to start at your own rhythm.

Can I ask you questions if there are some things that I don’t understand?
A: Be sure that I will always be available to answer your questions at the maximum of my capacities. I am taking my role of Qigong master really seriously. I really want you to succeed with the practice of Qigong and with your morning ritual, so I will always do my best to give you clarity and confidence toward your practice.

I am a busy person. Do I have access to the course anywhere, at any time?
A: Yes. You can download the entire course, so even if you don’t have access to Internet, you can always have access to the entire offer offline. You do the practice at your own rhythm, but as I said earlier, if you really want to feel the benefits of Qigong, ideally allow yourself 15 minutes 3 to 4 times per week.

I already know Qigong. What does your program have more than others?
A: Great question. I really go deeper into the style of Qigong that I am teaching. I created a series of 18 videos that show you step by step the ritual of Qigong. This is around 100 minutes of video content. There are videos where I explain every movement while doing the movement at the same time.
In others, I am doing the movement and then we are doing them without talking.
Finally, I made a video where you can simply follow my movement when you’re feeling comfortable with the practice.
