My experience

 Let me share with you my experience with Qigong and why I am your best choice in term of Qigong teacher.

I’ve started Qigong and Taï-Chi back in 2005. Everything started because I had an injury caused by a snowblade accident that let me a huge pain on my left shoulder, and I wanted to find a solution to heal my pain.

I had the blessing to met a man by the name of ”Simon Durand”, a Taï-Chi and Qigong practicionner that I used to work with. He offered his service  to teach Taï-Chi and Qigong to me, because he thought that this will be beneficial for my pain. So, I decided to give it a go.

I took private lessons with him for about 2-3 times per week for a period of 6 months.

 My experience

 Let me share with you my experience with Qigong and why I am your best choice in term of Qigong teacher.

I’ve started Qigong and Taï-Chi back in 2005. Everything started because I had an injury caused by a Ssnowblade accident that let me a huge pain on my left shoulder, and I wanted to find a solution to heal my pain.

 In 2013, I went to a public school of Taï-Chi and Qigong in Quebec City for about 3 months where I was practicing twice a week, deepening my practice. Since 2005, I have been practicing 3 to 4 times per week, until 2016, when I went to the Lake Atitlan in Guatemala with the desire to go deeper in the benefits and started to practice everyday. 

I since then practice everyday and involve in this amazing series of movements and breathing techniques. I have been teaching Qigong and Taï-Chi in several countries and make people feel good, in balance and healthy. It’s very rewarding to share my skills and to see the changes that Qigong makes to everyone that I am teaching.
