As a teen, I struggled with anxiety, self-doubt, and low energy. I felt like I didn’t deserve happiness. Everything around me felt heavy, and I didn’t know how to move forward.
Then one day, a colleague introduced me to energy healing through Qigong. It completely shifted how I felt in my body and mind — it gave me peace, presence, and purpose. Years later, I became a Reiki practitioner and deepened my practice through training with Reiki Master Lisa Powers and years of inner work, including silent retreats and world travel.
Today, I help others feel balanced, calm, and aligned through Reiki — no matter where they are in the world.
