My 3 days of silence is coming to an end. That has been an unforgettable experience. I went deeper inside of myself, staying totally connected with my inner self, and the environment around me.
Day 1
It was about not doing anything except being in the moment: no reading, no writing, just be. Waking up with the sunrise and the clear view of volcano Fuego erupting was such a blessings way to start my silence. I found the not reading and writing a bit challenging, but that was a beautiful challenge. Doing meditation, Qigong, Yoga, and contemplate the epic view of the lake, the mountains, and the numerous volcanoes that life put in front of me
Day 2
My second day started the same way as day 1 with an epic Sunrise with the sky and the volcano Fuego both on fire. I felt again really blessed to wake up with this breathtaking view. If someone would have told me 5 years ago that I would wake up directly next to a lake with volcanoes view, I would have never thought that to be possible. But it’s possible. EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. After my beautiful morning ritual, I made a really good breakfast, and just soak up the moment with pure blissfulness, totally connected with the blessing of being here now. I then started the powerful book by Tony Robbins “Awaken the Giant Within”. This book reminded me
Day 3
The third day is almost done and today has been another awesome sunrise with the sky on fire. I decided to challenge myself again and to do 24 hours fasting. From 6:30 pm last night till 6:30 pm today,
I just ate vegetable soup. That was my first experience doing a fast, and
When I ate after 24 hours though OMG!! The feeling of eating again was incredible!
I did read a little bit of my eBook with the little energy that I had today and after
Gratitude
Now it’s 9:03 pm on 10/3/19 and I feel really relax, and extremely grateful of the opportunity that I had again to do few days of silence, to really connect with the highest version of myself, without distractions (mainly), so I can really focus on my health, and see things the way they are, and give me ideas for the future.
Namaste
