Your inner world as I love to call it is a mysterious place inside your physical body where you can find answers that reveal a bigger, a better, and a most fulfilled you.
This mysterious place can be accessed by creating the time and the space to reach it. Here’s a way to be with it:
1) Make sure that you are in a quiet place where no one can disturb you;
2) Close your eyes;
Take a slow deep breath starting from the bottom of your belly, hold your breath, and breathe out, let go of all while breathing, focus on what’s happening inside you NOW. Turn your mind and your heart into your body, and ask yourself this question:
From what my breathing is telling me right now, do I feel any tension or do I feel relaxed? It doesn’t matter what your answer is, don’t judge yourself. Keep having a good slow breathing rhythm and allow yourself to calm down your busy mind, or what I love to call your “monkey mind”. It’s normal that your mind has lots of thoughts. Just accept them, and find the stillness that’s inside yourself, to really accept who you are.
By doing that, you’re allowing yourself to increase the understanding of your emotions and your reason to be here, and that will increase your self-confidence. Being the observer of your inner world without judgment is essential to have a life fulfilled by positivity. Being conscious about your breathing releases muscle tension, emotional problems, pain, and improves your strength and posture. This is the best way to feel connected with the Present, and to stay a true believer of positive abundance.
Your breath knows what to do. Every inhalation and exhalation will go at a different rhythm. Your work is to be conscious of it, and to put your positive intention in each breath, feeling the magic healing happening in all the areas of your life.
